Not sales. The platform will tell you which demand response programs you qualify for and roughly what they pay. What it cannot tell you is whether your chiller can hold a four-hour curtailment in August without a complaint from the tenant, or whether you should take the capacity payment or the energy payment. That judgment is where most of the value is won or lost, and it is what a paid plan buys alongside the software.
Monthly, cancel any time, and everything you have generated stays exportable if you leave. Enrollment in a utility or third-party demand response program is separate from your subscription — those pay you, and Zero kW never takes a cut of an incentive payment without saying so on the enrollment screen first.
